C Interactive is an established, dynamic, and cutting edge company based in Edgware, North London.

We are an audio and visual marketing communications company, providing solutions based on products that affect or arouse the senses, increasing dwell times, footfall or callers and ultimately increasing sales for our clients.

We provide services that back up existing marketing spend, and create positive customer experiences, and deliver content to captive audience networks that we not only create, but develop, manage and commercialise.

The role:

With an established client base, we have scratched the surface in many market opportunities and are now looking for people to cover the ground and help grow our business in these areas.

The ideal candidate will be a strong and able communicator, able to present both face to face as a part of the role will involve making appointments to see prospective business and making presentations at all levels, including Marketing Managers, Marketing Directors & Board Directors at PLC's as comfortably to owners of SME business's.

As part of a young and dynamic team, we are looking for a certain profile of individual.
We want drivers, not passengers. As such the role will involve a self starter, and a go getter.

There is no capped commissions in this role, and the opportunity exists to for the individual to make as much money and reward as they desire.

The ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate their own initiative as the sale of our services is often a creative sale involving a little research and understanding as opposed to the 'boiler room' mentality of cold calling from Yellow Pages etc.

That said, the work will be challenging and like all roles will require commitment and hard work to achieve upper echelons of success.

We are a small, friendly team of individuals and work more as a family than a company. We have no politics and are all committed to growing the company so we can all have longer term financial security, return and rewards. As a company, we all share in the successes and we are looking to recruit people who want to grow with us, and develop the business.

We are not interested in nurturing and investing in sales people for the short term.

We work most days 9 to 5, and try to get our work done between these hours, but we care about getting the job done, than watching the clock. Therefore sometimes we travel to be at meetings for 9am or leave meetings at 5pm.

We believe in work hard, play hard.

With growth obviously comes reward and responsibility and therefore this intake or 2-3 sales people will lead us to increasing headcount again in a few more months. As part of the growth cycle we will be also looking for potential in our candidates for management skills, beit as team and section leaders, sales managers, and even slightly down the road potential directors.
